How can we help?

Find answers about accounts, requests, providers, verification, Agencies, billing and using WhereToMoveGuide.

Getting Started

WhereToMoveGuide is a relocation marketplace that helps movers discover, compare and contact relocation professionals.

Use the Provider Directory to browse by service and location, then review profiles before contacting a Provider.

No. You can browse public Provider profiles without an account.

Use the Register page to create a free account for quote requests, replies and messages.

Request a Quote

You describe your move, WTMG routes the request to relevant Providers, and eligible Providers can respond.

Email verification helps protect the marketplace and ensures replies can reach the account that submitted the request.

Relevant Providers may see the request details needed to evaluate the opportunity, subject to WTMG lead access rules.

No. Submitting an RFQ does not automatically expose protected direct contact information to every provider. Access follows WTMG lead access rules.

Provider replies appear in your user dashboard and related message areas.

Open the reply or conversation from your dashboard and continue through WTMG messaging.

Providers

Use the claim or registration flow to create or claim a Provider presence.

Use Claim Provider and submit the requested ownership information for review.

Providers can manage profile content, services, locations, contact visibility, team details and FAQs where available.

Relevant RFQs can become Provider leads. Access to protected contact details follows the applicable lead rules.

Lead credits are Provider Account scoped credits used according to WTMG lead access rules.

Eligible Providers can send structured replies to matching RFQs.

Provider messages are managed from the Provider dashboard and provider messages area.

Verification

It means WTMG has reviewed applicable Provider evidence. It is not a guarantee of service quality or outcome.

No. Provider verification and paid plans are separate systems.

WTMG may request business, registration, authorization or other evidence relevant to the verification review.

No. Agency verification reviews the Agency. Client Providers follow their own Provider verification process.

Yes. WTMG can reject a verification request when evidence is missing, insufficient or does not meet the applicable policy.

Plans & Billing

Growth and Premium are paid Provider plans with additional visibility and account features described on the Pricing page.

No. Premium does not automatically verify a Provider.

Lead credits are used according to the Lead Credit Rules and are scoped to the selected Provider Account.

Sponsored Listings are clearly identified paid visibility placements where available.

Agencies

A verified Agency account can manage authorized client Provider profiles through delegated access.

Yes, when each Provider has the required authorization and approval.

No. Delegated Agency access is not Provider ownership and does not add Agency users as Provider Account owners or members.

No. Agency verification does not automatically verify any client Provider.

An authorized Agency may be permitted to purchase eligible Provider-scoped products as payer for the Provider beneficiary.

If an ownership claim is approved, ownership transfers to the claimant and the former Agency authorization is revoked.

Reviews

Provider self-review and conflicted reviews are restricted by the Reviews Policy.

No. Agencies are restricted from leaving Provider reviews through Agency access.

Yes. Reviews can be moderated, approved, rejected or removed under the Reviews Policy.
