Agency Rules
Version 1.0 · Last updated: August 21, 2026
This page explains the rules and expectations that apply to WTMG marketplace participation.
Agency Status
Agency applications are manually reviewed. Agencies must provide valid legal/business evidence and must be verified before managing Providers. Verification may be rejected, suspended, revoked, or expire.
Delegated Provider Management
An Agency may manage multiple client Providers only after each Provider authorization is separately reviewed and approved. Agency access is delegated, not ownership. Each Provider remains a separate Provider entity/account.
Restricted Actions
Agencies cannot review Providers, transfer ownership, delete Providers, manage Provider users, or perform other restricted actions unless future policy explicitly allows it. Agencies may edit/manage only authorized Providers.
Commercial Purchases
An Agency may purchase subscriptions, credits, or sponsored placements only for an authorized Provider. The Agency is payer, the Provider Account is beneficiary, and purchased benefits remain Provider-scoped.
Handover and Responsibility
If a real Provider claim is approved, Agency authorization ends, historical payer provenance remains, and no automatic refund is due solely because authorization ends. Agencies are responsible for actions performed for represented Providers.
Contact and Support
Questions about this policy may be sent through the WTMG contact page. Legal wording should be reviewed by qualified counsel before relying on it for a specific jurisdiction.
