This page explains the rules and expectations that apply to WTMG marketplace participation.
Claims
Claim This Provider submissions are reviewed by an administrator. Claimants must demonstrate authority or ownership. Fraudulent ownership claims may result in suspension or account action.
Approval and Handover
Approval transfers direct account ownership while the existing Provider post remains. Existing Provider Account and commercial history may remain, and Provider-scoped credits, subscriptions, and sponsored benefits remain with the Provider Account.
Agency Impact
After valid ownership handover, Agency authorization is revoked and the Agency loses future management and purchase authority. Historical Agency payer provenance is not erased, and no automatic refund is due solely because of ownership handover.
Finality
Ownership claim approval is not reversed casually and may require further review or evidence.
