For Agencies
Manage relocation providers on behalf of your clients.
Verified Agency accounts can onboard and manage authorized Provider profiles while keeping Provider ownership, verification and commercial entitlements properly separated.

Organizations legitimately managing Provider profiles for clients
Applicants must show legitimate business and authorization evidence. Not every applicant will be accepted.
How it works
- 1Apply for an Agency account
- 2Submit Agency verification evidence
- 3Add a client Provider
- 4Provide evidence that you are authorized to represent the Provider
- 5WTMG reviews the authorization
- 6After approval, manage the Provider within the permissions granted
Delegated access, not ownership
An Agency does not become the owner of the Provider Account simply because it manages the profile. Agency users are not added as Provider Account owners or members through the Agency onboarding flow. Approved management access is delegated through WTMG's Agency authorization system.
Provider verification remains separate
Agency verification proves the Agency has passed the applicable Agency review. It does not automatically verify any client Provider. Each Provider follows its own Provider verification process.
Managing client Providers
When properly authorized, an Agency may manage applicable Provider information subject to authorization status and granted capabilities.

Paying on behalf of a Provider
An authorized Agency may be permitted to purchase eligible WTMG commercial products for a client Provider. Agency equals payer; Provider equals beneficiary. Examples include Provider subscriptions, lead credits and sponsored listings.
The Agency does not receive the Provider entitlement itself.
What happens if the Provider claims ownership?
If an authorized ownership claim is approved, ownership transfers to the claimant while the existing Provider profile and account are preserved. The former Agency authorization is revoked, delegated management access ends and historical purchase provenance remains preserved.
