Terms & Conditions
Version 1.0 · Last updated: August 21, 2026
This page explains the rules and expectations that apply to WTMG marketplace participation.
Platform Purpose
WhereToMoveGuide helps people discover relocation-related providers, request quotes, message providers, and compare public marketplace information. WTMG operates the marketplace platform and is not itself the relocation service provider.
Accounts and Eligibility
Users, Providers, and Agencies are responsible for accurate account information, account security, and lawful use. Account access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, fraud, impersonation, abusive conduct, or marketplace rule violations.
Provider and Agency Responsibilities
Providers are responsible for their business profile, services, locations, licenses, public claims, pricing, and customer communications. Agencies may manage multiple client Providers only when verified and separately authorized; delegated access is not ownership.
Marketplace Outcomes
WTMG does not guarantee leads, clicks, sales, ranking, verification, customer outcomes, or business results. Verification is separate from subscription and paid visibility.
Reviews and Content
Reviews may be moderated, approved, rejected, or removed under the Reviews Policy. Users may not post fake, manipulated, abusive, illegal, private, or conflict-of-interest content.
Payments and Products
Subscriptions, lead credits, and sponsored placements are Provider Account scoped unless stated otherwise. Paddle or another processor may process payments when enabled; WTMG does not store card details unless the architecture later explicitly changes.
Intellectual Property and Disclaimers
WTMG content, branding, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. The platform is provided with reasonable care but without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use.
Liability and Changes
To the extent allowed by law, WTMG limits liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Terms may change prospectively; material changes may require re-acceptance. No confirmed governing law is configured in the product at this time.
Contact and Support
Questions about this policy may be sent through the WTMG contact page. Legal wording should be reviewed by qualified counsel before relying on it for a specific jurisdiction.
