Reviews Policy

This page explains the rules and expectations that apply to WTMG marketplace participation.
Eligibility
Reviews require a logged-in eligible user. Provider account users, verified Agency users, and people reviewing themselves or represented Providers are prohibited from submitting reviews. One active or pending review rule may apply.
Moderation
Reviews are moderated and may be approved, rejected, or removed. A rejection reason may be supplied. Fake, manipulated, offensive, illegal, private, promotional, or conflict-of-interest reviews are prohibited.
Provider Responses
Providers may respond to approved reviews but cannot edit reviewer content. Reviews are user opinions and are not WTMG endorsements. Verification or subscription does not guarantee positive reviews.
