Privacy Policy
Version 1.0 · Last updated: August 21, 2026
This page explains the rules and expectations that apply to WTMG marketplace participation.
Information We Process
WTMG may process account data, Provider/business profile data, Agency application and business data, private verification/legal documents, RFQ and lead data, messages, reviews, payment metadata, cookies, server/security logs, and legal acceptance audit records.
Purpose of Processing
Data is used to operate accounts, publish Provider profiles, review Agencies and verification documents, route leads and messages, moderate reviews, administer payments and entitlements, protect security, prevent abuse, provide support, and maintain legal/audit evidence.
Verification Documents
Private Provider and Agency verification documents are not public profile content and must not be exposed through public pages. Access is restricted to authorized review/admin flows.
Payments
Payment processors such as Paddle may process payment details when checkout is enabled. WTMG may store non-card billing metadata, product references, customer IDs, transaction/subscription IDs, entitlement records, and audit events.
Cookies, Logs, and Audit Records
Essential WordPress and account cookies support login/session security. Analytics may be used where configured. Acceptance audit records store document, version, time, source, and hashed IP/user-agent evidence rather than raw IP or raw user-agent values.
Sharing, Retention, and Security
WTMG may share data with hosting, email, payment, security, and support providers as needed. Records are retained as reasonably necessary for marketplace operation, legal, security, and accounting purposes. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used.
Rights and International Use
Users may contact WTMG about access, correction, deletion, or account support requests. Rights may vary by jurisdiction. The marketplace is intended for international relocation use and data may be processed across borders by service providers.
Contact and Support
Questions about this policy may be sent through the WTMG contact page. Legal wording should be reviewed by qualified counsel before relying on it for a specific jurisdiction.
