Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page explains the rules and expectations that apply to WTMG marketplace participation.
Subscriptions
Provider subscriptions are recurring products. Cancelling a subscription does not imply a retroactive refund. An already-paid period may continue according to payment processor and subscription lifecycle rules. Subscriptions do not guarantee leads, sales, ranking, or verification.
Lead Credits
Credits are scoped to the selected Provider Account and never expire under the current rule. Consumed credits are not automatically refundable, and buying credits does not guarantee lead conversion. Credits are not cash and are not transferable unless WTMG explicitly permits it.
Sponsored Listings
One-off sponsored placements run for 30 days. Recurring monthly sponsored placements continue according to billing lifecycle when payment is active. Inventory and capacity apply; sponsored visibility does not guarantee clicks, leads, or conversions. Exceptional disputes may be reviewed by support without creating an automatic refund promise.
Agency Purchases
Agency purchases for an authorized Provider apply to that Provider Account. The Agency is payer and the Provider Account is beneficiary. If direct Provider ownership is later approved, Agency authorization ends but Provider-scoped entitlements/history remain; no automatic refund is due solely because authorization ends.
