Provider Rules

This page explains the rules and expectations that apply to WTMG marketplace participation.
Provider Obligations
Providers must keep legal, business, contact, services, locations, licenses, pricing, profile, and public claim information accurate and current. They must not impersonate others, mislead users, spam, abuse RFQ/messaging, manipulate reviews, or publish prohibited content.
Verification and Visibility
Providers are responsible for their own licenses and legal compliance. Verification may require evidence and is separate from subscription. Paid plans or sponsored placements do not guarantee verification, placement, leads, or sales.
Reviews and Conduct
Provider responses must be professional and may not reveal private information or pressure reviewers. Fake reviews, review manipulation, conflicts of interest, and self-review are prohibited.
Account Responsibility
Direct Provider owners and authorized account members are responsible for actions taken through their accounts. WTMG may suspend, remove, or reduce visibility for rule violations.
