This page explains the rules and expectations that apply to WTMG marketplace participation.
Credit Packs
Current lead credit packs are 10 Credits for $49, 25 Credits for $109, 50 Credits for $199, 100 Credits for $349.
Credit Scope and Use
Credits belong to the selected Provider Account. Agencies may purchase credits for authorized Providers, but there is no shared Agency wallet. Credits may be used to unlock, access, or respond to qualifying RFQs according to product rules.
Limitations
Credits never expire under the current rule. Credit cost per lead may vary by lead type or policy. Used credits are not automatically returned merely because a lead does not convert. Fraudulent or invalid lead concerns may be reviewed by support.
